We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and inspiring Teacher who is a qualified SENCO to work closely with our experienced SENCOs at Beal High School. We are seeking a leader with a child-centred approach, who is an advocate for our students – working with them, their families and the staff across the school to ensure they make brilliant progress.

The successful candidate will work with SEN-Support students, and those with EHCPs within mainstream and our Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP). The Inclusion Team is committed to providing high quality teaching and learning support for all students. This role will lead, develop and support effective practice for pupils with particular learning needs to ensure their learning needs are addressed in the most effective way and they are able to make rapid progress in line with the Trust’s expectations.
