Beacon Multi-Academy Trust is located in the London Borough of Redbridge. Established since 2014, we are committed to high expectations inclusive practice and successful outcomes for all.
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and inspiring SENCo to manage and lead the SEND provision across the Campus. The successful candidate will have strategic responsibility for Inclusion across the Campus, sound knowledge and experience of working with students with a range of additional needs and up-to-date knowledge of the SEND agenda.
The PACE[1] Team is committed to providing high quality teaching and learning support for all students. This role will lead, develop and support effective practice for pupils with particular learning needs (G&T, SEN, EAL and Pupil Premium) to ensure their learning needs are addressed in the most effective way and they are able to make rapid progress in line with the Trust’s expectations.
