SENCO 

Up to UPS3 (Inner London) + TLR £12,897 plus Staff Benefits Package 

We are seeking to appoint a strong practitioner to the post of SENCO. You will hold a qualification in SEN or are working towards a qualification in SEN. You will provide strong strategic leadership and management of the Learning and Language Support Faculty, ensuring the development and implementation of strategies to promote high levels of academic achievement for students with additional needs within the Academy.    

As SENCO, you will have a solid understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and work in partnership with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to promote inclusive practises across the Academy.    

This is a rare opportunity for an excellent teacher or leader who would like to further develop their leadership whilst playing an important role in the Academy to make a significant impact within the Academy.
