Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Three Rivers Academy for a SEND Administrator to work in the Inclusion Faculty.

This role is 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time) Monday to Friday but there is flexibility to be discussed at interview. 

The postholder will provide administrative support for the Inclusion Department as well as supporting the front office staff when required. The main focus of this role will be to provide support on a broad range of administrative activities within a team to enable the school to function efficiently. The successful applicant will have the ability to use their initiative, pay attention to detail and work under pressure. Working to deadlines is essential with a can-do attitude, together with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organise your own workload.

Three Rivers Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school situated in Hersham, Surrey. There are approximately 924 students at the school between 11-18 years.    

Formerly Rydens School, Rydens Enterprise School and Sixth Form College converted to academy status in 2012. The school opened in 1954.

As a Business & Enterprise Specialist School, students are exposed to local and national businesses who provide them with vocational learning experiences and careers advice.

Pupils speak highly of the care and support given to them by the school and say that they are taught how to keep safe and understand how to stay safe when working online. The school has developed good links with other post-16 providers so that pupils receive a range of appropriate careers advice and support".
