We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands. 

We are looking to recruit an exceptionally well organised and efficient SEND Administrator. The purpose of this role is to assist with the effective administration of the school. This is a vital and important role which ensures the schools Administration needs are met to high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the school.

• Handle diverse responsibilities including data entry, communication management, and document organisation.

• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff.

• Collaborate with the school team to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

• Use school software systems.

This role has been assessed as working in regulated activity and is subject to an Enhanced DBS plus Children’s Barred List Check.

The Crestwood School is a secondary school for children between the ages of 11 and 16. It is a coeducational establishment which was converted to academy status in March 2015. It is based in the town of Kingswinford, West Midlands, in Dudley. At present, the Crestwood School has around 645 students being educated at the establishment. 

Crestwood School and Sixth Form exists to provide an unrivalled learning environment for the young people in our local and wider community. Through our teaching and pastoral care we aim to develop independent young people with a thirst for learning. We encourage students to strive to make more progress than is expected of them. We encourage students to strive to achieve more than is expected of them. Our students know, if they do so, they will achieve more success than is expected of them.
