SENd Administrator

Millthorpe School is seeking to recruit an Administrator (SENd) as soon as possible to join our existing, well established and successful Inclusion Department.

Primarily reporting to the Assistant Headteacher, the key duties of the post are as set out in the Job Description and General Details, which are available on the school website.

This is a key post within the Inclusion Department. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills at all levels, together with an understanding of the confidentiality aspects of their role within the Department and school.

Whilst experience of working in a secondary school environment, with students who are experiencing either learning difficulties and/or emotional/behavioural problems is desirable, it is not essential. However, a positive outlook and a good sense of humour would be a definite benefit in the role.
