An exciting opportunity for an individual to help further develop the range of support and guidance already provided to students throughout this exceptional school.
The role will involve providing guidance to those students who require extra support, putting together individual education plans to ensure that students’ working habits and techniques help them to learn effectively and liaising with the Head of Examinations to ensure that access arrangements for public examinations meet the requirements of the boards. The person appointed will also work with teachers and tutors, as well as the Heads of Departments, to ensure that students fulfil their potential. This role would suit an energetic and forward-thinking individual who would be interested in running study skills group sessions and building on our current SEN toolkit, as well as providing one-to-one sessions for students who require this.
The successful candidate will relish the opportunity to develop successful strategies and to provide sustained support in order for individuals to reach their full potential.
