Salary: NJC PayScale - £31,022 – £33,699 (£26,682 - £28,984 pro rata for term time only)

About You:

Ash Green School are seeking a confident, organised, and adaptable individual with a genuine interest in supporting students’ learning and development. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage student behaviour effectively, with a calm and professional approach.

 Our Ideal candidate will have:

Have relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience of delivering literacy and numeracy interventions successfully.
Working knowledge of meeting the needs of young people with SEND and the implementation of strategies to support their development.
