SEND Class Teacher - Primary

We are seeking enthusiastic and creative teachers to join the Burstow Park School group of schools from January 2026. These roles will be within our Primary phase provision, for students who have EHCPs as well as those who are currently in the assessment process.

All our students have SEMH needs, including those with ADHD, ASD and related conditions.

The successful applicants will be required to:

Plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes, taking into account students needs (as per their EHCP where relevant) current level of attainment and preferred learning styles

Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of assigned pupils, making accurate and productive use of assessment

Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils

Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils – especially those with SEND

 Promote good progress and outcomes by pupils

 Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
