North Ealing Primary School is a 3 form entry, popular and friendly school at the heart of the Pitshanger community.    We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SEND Coordinator to join our effective leadership team from September 2018.  You should be passionately committed to putting pupils’ outcomes at the core of school improvement and have experience of being a SENDCO.   You will develop existing good practice and be responsible for coordinating the provision of Special Education Needs throughout the school and managing a team of intervention support staff.  You will be highly visible and approachable, a calm and confident communicator and an excellent classroom practitioner.  In return we offer an inclusive school at the heart of the community and a group of highly motivated children who are eager to learn.  You’ll also receive the support of experienced staff committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning in a school open to new ideas and willing to support change.

This post requires applicants to have gained the national SENDCO qualification and is a non-classed based position.  If you would like to join us you are welcome to phone the school office to arrange a tour.
