ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work within a Primary and Secondary SEND school in Loughborough on a long term cover basis.
About the school:
The school has consistently maintained Outstanding in Ofsted inspections and is offers a welcoming and supportive environment for all new members of staff.
Catering for Primary and Secondary pupils with ASC, PMLD, Complex Needs, SLD and Speech and Language Difficulties, class assignment can be tailored to your experience and background.
What we're looking for:
Experience working within an SEN setting is essential and all applicants from educational, care/support backgrounds will be considered.
Full time availability is not essential as the school are happy for the days to be split between LSA's.
It's essential that you are confident in building strong, lasting relationships with the children in your care.
You'll need an Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service or be willing to complete one.
