Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to be a part of an incredible journey at Rettendon Primary School? We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistant to join us for 9 hours per week. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting all pupils including those with additional needs. In this role, you would be working within a fantastic, supportive and welcoming team. Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, positive and able to work on your own initiative

as well as follow direction.

We are looking for a candidate who will:

  • Has experience of working with children with SEND

  • Promote inclusion and be dedicated to include all pupils

  • Be dedicated to supporting high standards of learning and care

  • Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to the needs of each child

  • Engage with young children in creative and inspiring ways

  • Bring a good sense of humour to connect well with young children
