Pro rata band based on 37 hours per week, term time only plus one week is £20,733 to £23,719

Working pattern for 37 hours per week, 8am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 3.30pm Friday

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Administrator join our team at Foxford School. The role is to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the SENCO and members of the Inclusion and behaviour team to support their roles within school.  We are seeking to appoint a well organised, experienced administrator who can demonstrate good processing and IT skills to provide an efficient admin service to the school Inclusion team. 

 

This role will involve supporting students who may exhibit behavioral, emotional or social problems in school, to achieve their full potential, including supporting the attendance strategy.

 

This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience and to put your strong IT and administrative skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional, supportive and friendly environment.

 

We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, professional, flexible, ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions. You will be able to quickly establish credibility with a range of stakeholders. Equally important is the will to offer an outstanding customer service to all students and staff.

Headteacher - Alison Gallagher

Foxford Community School joined the Castle Phoenix Trust in October 2018, who are committed to supporting the vision and values of the new headteacher. Foxford is a co-educational maintained secondary school situated in Longford, Coventry. The school is for students aged 11-18 and features a sixth form with capacity for 200 students.

The new headteacher started at Foxford in October 2020 including new recruits to her leadership team. They are passionate about ensuring all students have a good education.
