We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing organisational psychologist specialist in SEND education for students cross-phase in a number of schools! You will possess outstanding leadership skills and be able to establish effective working relationships with Principals, Headteachers, senior leaders and SENDCOs in all academies across the group, offering strong support, advice and challenge to secure the highest standards of education for SEND pupils.

This role will be key in supporting Academies to deliver the SEND strategy efficiently and ensure that SEND policies and practice are improved across all phases of education.

At AET we recognise that being able to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND pupils make a vital contribution to pupil achievement and school improvement. This role is to support  all staff across all AET primary, secondary and special academies develop their knowledge, skills and understanding in supporting SEND pupils to improve performance outcomes across the Trust.

A can do attitude is essential as well as flexibility  in this role. You will have excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to work with all colleagues across all phases, professionally, enthusiastically to improve outcomes for all our children.
