The Governing Body wishes to appoint a SEND Teacher, to start in September 2024 

 

Who are we?

Claycots School is a large school serving a diverse community. Currently we have over 1700 pupils split over two campuses in Slough, making us a unique school to work in. You will be joining the school at an exciting time as we work collaboratively to ensure that we can offer the very best learning experiences for all our children.

 

Are you a creative practitioner who wants to make a difference?

 

We are looking to appoint an inspirational SEND teacher to join our inclusion team. You will be working with children who have a range of SEND with a primary focus on supporting children with complex SEND needs. You will be skilled in identifying individual needs to ensure that personalised learning is in place.

It is a challenging role, but if you have the passion to support some of the most vulnerable children in our community and the skills and experience to achieve strong outcomes then we want to hear from you.

You will have a strong background in pastoral care and experience of working with a team and engaging with outside agencies to ensure the very best outcomes for all our students.

Claycots School is an 8 form entry primary school with two campuses in the diverse and rapidly-expanding town of Slough, Berkshire. Our Town Hall site, situated on the Bath Road serves the community of Central Slough, Chalvey and Upton. Our Britwell site, situated on the North of Slough serves the communities of Britwell, Lynch Hill and Manor Park. Both campuses provide our pupils with a modern learning environment and the space to learn outside.
