The role
Vision for Education are recruiting for a number of Teaching Assistants for SEND schools across the South Cumbria and North Lancashire area. As a care worker you will already have some of the qualities a good teaching assistant should have such as patience, a calm manner and the ability to build good relationships with vulnerable people. The role of a teaching assistant would use these qualities to work 1-2-1 or with small groups of students who may need additional support with their learning.

• Blackburn
• Burnley
Requirements
To be considered you will have the following:
• Understanding of Safeguarding
• A minimum of 1 month experience of working with vulnerable people
• Willing to take part in additional training
• Be passionate about working with and inspiring children and young people
