SEND Teaching Assistant Level 1

The role : To work within the Early Years/Key Stage 1 unit supporting pupils and being part of a strong, inclusive  team. (primarily at Holbeach Primary Academy initially)

For the role:  You should have boundless energy, enthusiasm and loves being with children, is committed to ensuring that each and every child is supported and happy in their learning and play.  Is able to establish relationships with staff and children quickly and is skilled in understanding how the needs of children can impact on learning and be ready to apply pro-active strategies to support.
