Job overview

Vision for Education in Bristol are actively recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants in the Gloucester area. Ideally you will have experience of working with pupils with Autism / ADHD / BESD and other Special Educational Needs. We are looking for individuals who are looking for short- or long-term supply in the area.

You must be:

• Patient and understanding.

• Be supportive of the classroom teacher and deliver strong classroom management skills.

• Be empathetic towards pupils with behavioural, social and emotional difficulties.

• Be flexible with your teaching styles in order to adapt to each individual.

• Be confident working with both groups and 1:1.

• Liaise effectively with parents and colleagues.
