Job Description

Harrow Gate Primary Academy are looking for qualified individuals interested in SEND Teaching Assistant Jobs. We require Teaching Assistants throughout the primary phase from EYFS to year 6. The positions will hold fixed term contacts for 1 year (if a child is placed in a specialist provision during this time then the contract would be terminated).

All children have an entitlement to be fully included in the positive and enriched curriculum. You will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with children with a range of special needs. You will assist in covering a varied and stimulating curriculum and support in all areas of the children's care.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant working in Harrow Gate Primary Academy, you will need to be confident in working with young children and have a genuine desire to support the work of the permanent members of staff.
