We are looking to recruit a SEND Tutor to join Bridge College
Hours - 37.5 hours per week worked over 41 weeks per year plus 150 hours undirected time
Salary Grade 3 - £30,986.00
Location - Bridge College, Openshaw, Manchester M11 2GR

What can you bring to our classroom….?
Do you have a degree/ level 5 qualification in a related vocational area along with a PGCE/PGDE in post compulsory education or other relevant teaching qualification related to the role. Do you have a Level 2 or higher English and maths with a commitment to and evidence of Continual Professional Development?
Can you teach across the learner cohort within the college? This could include learners with the pre-entry curriculum, entry level and up to level 2.
We are looking for someone who can adapt their teaching style to meet the varying needs of learners with PMLD, MLD and Autism.
Can you develop and deliver a progressive and innovative curriculum which clearly evidences each learner’s progression from their starting point?
Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the needs of the learners are addressed and learning is accessible and inclusive is an essential part of this role.
