Swanbourne House is a friendly, family orientated preparatory school with strong boarding, positioned in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside. Children come to us from the surrounding area and some from further afield. We prepare our children for entry into leading independent senior schools locally and nationally.
Subject teaching starts early and by the time the children are in Year 5, all subjects are taught by specialist teachers. Academic excellence is nurtured within a caring family environment. The successful candidate will need to be a team player with a flexible approach, working with senior staff, classroom teachers and the Learning Support team of three specialist SEND teachers.
The School has its own salary scale. The salary will recognise the candidate’s experience, therefore applicants are asked to give details of their current remuneration package on their application form.
All teaching staff are included as members of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme unless they have made other arrangements.
