About You: 

Ash Green School is seeking an experienced and passionate SENDCo to lead our inclusive provision. You’ll ensure high-quality support for students with special educational needs, working closely with staff, families, and external partners to help every learner succeed. Our Ideal candidate will have: 

  • Qualified teacher status.

  • A proven track record of achieving strong progress outcomes for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

  • The ability to remain emotionally resilient when managing challenging behaviours, while demonstrating a constructive approach to authority and maintaining discipline.

At Ash Green School, our SEND Team is central to student wellbeing. We work creatively and compassionately to remove barriers to learning, providing tailored support that helps every child succeed.
