We have an opportunity to appoint a SENDCO who is an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher.

We are particularly interested in employing a candidate who has a strong, forward-thinking vision to raise aspirations and attainment for all SEND learners 

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an outstanding teacher with the drive and capacity to really thrive in this role and to become an exceptional leader;
  • Have a clear vision of how to support SEND students and improve standards.
  • Have the ability to teach and lead across both Key Stages 3 and 4; 
  • Be able to lead, motivate and inspire students and colleagues;
  • Be resilient, hard-working, solution-focused, and committed to transforming student outcomes.
