We are looking to appoint a SENDCO to add additional capacity to the senior leadership team. You must have a proven track record of leadership with high expectations for all and committed to rapidly driving up standards and increasing rates of progress.
First and foremost we require an outstanding teacher / leader with an uncompromising vision of excellence for all.
In addition to supporting our SEND pupils, the successful applicant will have responsibility for the leadership of our bespoke Autism Support provision (ASC).
Key responsibility for the following areas;
- Ensure that SEND pupils make outstanding and sustained progress
- Oversee and support the learning provision for the children of our ASC, working closely with the team, pupils and parents to ensure cohesion and progress for all
- Embed a culture of high expectation and high aspiration for all pupils and staff, working with our team of Teachers and LSAs in their support to pupils through targeted and focused interventions
- Work closely with our Pastoral Care Coordinator in driving support and attention to all SEND pupils
- Be forward-thinking and innovative in ensuring progress focused provision for all pupils
