We are a split-site, four form entry school based in Thamesmead (1 form entry) and Charlton (3 form entry). We have been graded as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted for the last 15 years. This vacancy is across both sites.

With an exponential rise in numbers of pupils with SEND attending Windrush Primary School we are looking to recruit a part time (0.6), non-classed based SENDCo to work alongside our existing full time SENDCo. This is initially a fixed term contract for 1 year and will primarily be supporting the Education Health and Care Plan assessment and application process for many of our students and their families. We are looking for someone who is committed and driven to ensure that all children achieve and who has a passion for working with SEN pupils along with experience and knowledge of latest government initiatives. You will have the ability to lead a team of support assistants and develop their roles and expertise.
