WELL QUALIFIED SENDCo REQUIRED
This is a full time, permanent position, any time after end of January 2020. The successful applicant will work across the Junior and Senior Schools (currently in SW15 and SW20).
The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the school's SEND policy, providing support to children with special needs and/or disabilities from 4 - 16 years. We plan to open a Sixth Form in September 2020.
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and dedicated SENDCo with
· excellent subject knowledge
· a talent for enabling, motivating and enthusing young learners to achieve their best
· excellent planning and preparation skills
· excellent written and verbal communication skills
The position will involve liaising with other providers, educational psychologists and external agencies as required.
A willingness to become fully involved in school life would be expected, contributing to extra-curricular activities and supporting whole school initiatives.
