The Campus:

OneSchool Global Northampton Campus is a new bespoke campus located in Hunsbury, Northampton opened in September 2023. Our campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology, ensuring that both online and face-to-face classes are catered for outstandingly. Our learning areas are thoughtfully designed to inspire innovation and create a future-ready environment for all students. We take pride in our small school atmosphere, providing personalised attention to our 167 students from Year 3 to Year 12.

 

The Position:

We have the opportunity for a SENDco to join our amazing Northampton campus on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking, highly motivated and truly inspirational practitioner, who will ensure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and the highest standards of care, learning and achievement for all pupils.

Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with a wide range of SEN and leading a team. To raise standards of achievement of Children with SEND.

You must have Qualified Teacher Status and NASENCO Level 7 Qualification (Is desirable not essential) and willingness to teach core subject across KS3 and KS5.

You will need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.

OneSchool Northampton campus offers a bright, modern, and welcoming environment just a short drive from the town centre. A one of the UK’s largest campuses spread across almost four acres of land, 148 students and 20 staff members thrive in close collaboration. Our campus officially opened its doors to the pupils in September 2023. The school was originally split across two sites in Northampton and Dunstable serving pupils from the Luton, Watford and Banbury communities. The new campus now offers pupils the latest and state of the art facilities and technology to aid their learning.

Our stunning modern learning centre provides the perfect learning environment for educators to develop life-ready, self-directed learners.  Our pastoral care is fuelled by compassion and kindness in line with the deep-rooted values of our school. We aim to ensure that pupils leave the school as well-rounded individuals that are life ready with a strong growth mind-set.
