An exceptional candidate for this position may receive an Outwood Welcome Bonus of £2,000 in addition to the annual salary.

As well as the benefits listed above, you will also be able to join our trust-wide SENCO network which meets 3 times a year, with a further 3 designated CPD days to enhance practice in your academy. You will also receive comprehensive, ongoing support and training from the Regional Director of SEND.

We are a 11-16 academy based in the market town of Kirkby-in-Ashfield, on the eastern edge of the Erewash Valley which separates Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. We became part of the Outwood Family of Schools in 2022 and are yet to be inspected by Ofsted.
