A SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator) WHEN DO WE NEED YOU? As soon as possible … Pay Range:  M2-M6 Plus SEN Allowance/TLR depending on experience Due to a change in her role our SENDCo is leaving at Christmas, so we are looking for a dynamic, child-centered, qualified teacher to take on this role. It will be full-time, non-class based – you will even have your own well-equipped room as a base. The current SENDCo has established excellent systems and practices so there is lots of great stuff already in place which means you should be able to pick this up pretty quickly as well as having the opportunity to review current practice and make your mark. You must be able to support teachers with planning and advice for children from nursery to Year 6 and work collegiately with parents and external agency staff, e.g. SEBDOS, SaLT and the EP service.
