THE ROLE
Following the current post holders move overseas with her family the school seeks to appoint a well-qualified, motived, and enthusiastic colleague to fill this crucial role. The SENDCo will play a crucial role in supporting the Headteacher and fellow SLT members in promoting the highly effective day to day leadership of Stradbroke High School with a particular focus on SEND and inclusion.
The SENDCo will play be at the heart of the further development of the school on its journey to ‘Outstanding’ with a particular focus on leading the SEN team and ensuring that the curriculum and personal development offer at Stradbroke High School matches the needs of all students.
