As SENDCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of inclusive education at Willowfield. You will be a key member of our senior leadership team, championing the needs of students with SEND and ensuring they receive the very best support to thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development of SEND provision, ensuring every child receives tailored support and opportunities to succeed.

• Inspire, guide, and nurture a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

• Play an active role in the senior leadership team, contributing to whole-school strategy and championing inclusive practice at every level.

• Establish and lead our new Integrated Resource Provision, working closely with the local authority to expand and enhance our SEND offer and facilities.
