Salary: £31,650 - 51,048 per annum, plus TLR1c

Contract Type: Maternity cover

Working Pattern: Full-time

About you:

  • Qualified teacher committed to inclusive education

  • Holds or willing to complete the National Award for SEN Coordination

  • Experience supporting a range of SEND needs

  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills

  • Passionate about improving outcomes for all learners

 The role:

  • Lead and develop SEND provision across the academy

  • Coordinate support and oversee interventions for students with SEND

  • Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and the SEN Code of Practice

  • Work closely with staff to embed inclusive teaching strategies

  • Liaise with families and external agencies

  • Manage EHCP processes and maintain accurate records
