Standish Community High School are advertising for a permanent full time SENDCo to commence employment Easter 2020.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic development of the school's Special Education Needs (SEND) provision; including those with Social Emotional and Behavioural difficulties (SEBD) and Pupil Premium students eligible for the pupil premium. A critical part of the role will be to raise standards of attainment for students, both academic and in pastoral to ensure that Standish Community High School provides a quality education for all students regardless of ability.
Any offer of employment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced criminal record check with barred list through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), medical clearance, references and verification of qualifications satisfactory to the school.
