Job overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Operations Administrator to join our Summer School team. The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support and coordinate activities associated with the operational management and delivery of the Summer School.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional administrator with excellent IT skills and attention to detail, good organisational skills and an ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads. The post holder will be professional, tactful and diplomatic, and be able to forge and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships.

Hours are generally based on 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (with an unpaid one-hour lunch break each day) – with shorter hours between the months of October and February and longer hours during the other months, to provide flexibility in line with workload demands.
