Senior Administrator (Temporary to cover maternity leave – likely to last 12 months)
Salary: £17,704 to £20,449 per annum
Hours: 37 per week
You will be required to co-ordinate and supervise the duties of the Work Based Learning Administrator and Apprentice Administrator. You will ensure timely processing of framework achievements and maintain an up to date database of all frameworks and qualifications currently managed by Work Based Learning. You should also maintain SFA guidance/templates to ensure SFA Specification is adhered to.
The role will involve liaising closely with Project Managers for all aspects of existing hub & spoke contracts across Work Based Learning and assisting all team members with technical queries relating to day to day maintenance of apprentices. You will prepare and distribute guidance notes and provide administrative support to all members of the Work Based Learning Team.
You will have an excellent knowledge of administrative duties and experience of a similar role in an office/educational environment, as well as an ability to produce work to deadlines whilst incorporating accuracy and attention to detail. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in an educational or training environment and a good understanding of the construction industry is desirable.
