Following the promotion of the current incumbent, this opportunity has arisen for a strong, ambitious and creative leader to join the Kingswood Secondary Academy and shape the strategic direction of pastoral care.
As Senior Assistant Principal at our academy, you will:
- lead on improving the outcomes of disadvantaged students (progress, attendance, behaviours);
- lead on the strategic development of our behaviour systems and monitoring;
- lead on attendance monitoring and interventions;
- co-lead the introduction of our new Pupils at Risk Board meetings;
- support the KS4 Heads of Year in their day-to-day pastoral work.

Kingswood Secondary Academy has benefited hugely from being part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT). We are situated in the fantastic town of Corby, Northamptonshire.
