We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and flexible person to work as a senior caretaker at Jane Austen College in Norwich. The role holder will be required to take a lead on maintaining the building, grounds, and security at the school, managing the priorities of the role to ensure that the site is effectively supported.
The role holder will ensure proper maintenance and repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently and that the site is well-presented at all times. The successful candidate should be a team player, with effective leadership and communication skills, and willing to make a difference to the school and its facilities.
The hours for this role will be worked on a rota basis to ensure there is cover at the school between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Some flexibility may be required on occasion to cover events.
