Based primarily at our Abbey Park Campus, this position also involves working across our other commercial catering areas across all campuses as required throughout the year. Duties involve providing an outstanding catering service to our students and staff and delivering hospitality and food provision using the college van. You will also be required at times to work within the laundry and food stores areas out of term time at the Freemen’s Park Campus.
The ideal candidate will have relevant catering skills and experience, your duties will be varied whilst maintaining the highest hygiene standards. The role will involve the safe lifting/manual handling and carrying of food provisions as required.
A basic food hygiene certificate and fork lift truck operator certificate is desirable, however, full training will be provided. A full clean driving licence is essential.
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 6 hours per day, Friday 4 hours (Straight shifts with start and finish times to be varied by agreement)
