Job overview

Joining us as Senior College Administrator, you will assist the Head of College Administration & Exams in providing administrative support for the effective running of the College.

You will be expected to work with senior managers and liaise with departments from across the college on day to day administrative matters to ensure required duties and urgent business of the College is effectively actioned.

You will provide an excellent service of administrative support and minuting of meetings. This involves the preparation for meetings, papers, agendas and extensive diary management. You will ensure that sound administrative processes are in place and have the ability to prepare, present and proof read reports and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.

We’re looking for an individual who has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, someone who has good attention to detail and who can be a role model to the administrative team. Able to work flexibly under pressure, ensuring administrative deadlines are met, you will have previous experience of working in a busy administrative environment and be confident when leading a team, able to prioritise own work along with supervising the work of others.

Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent, you will have a good understanding of administrative processes and procedures and be familiar with data protection regulations.

This is a permanent, full time position.
