We're seeking a dedicated Senior Data Analyst to lead and execute data cleansing and migration tasks for our Payroll processes and system implementation initiative.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of data migration methodologies and tools. You'll work closely with stakeholders, to ensure the project outcomes can be achieved.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate

  • a high level of experience and success in leading and executing data migration  
  • excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an ability to negotiate and influence
  • experience in stakeholder collaboration with aptitude to quickly understand their service operations
