Appointment of Senior Deputy Head
An outstanding individual is sought to be Senior Deputy Head at one of the UK’s most prestigious schools.

Drawing on a strong track record in leadership and management, the Senior Deputy Head will work closely with the Head to implement the School’s ambitious strategic vision as well as taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day life of the School. This is a visible, high profile and significant position and requires a leader with the potential to rise to challenges, to embrace change and to get things done.
The successful candidate will be a flexible, inclusive and motivational leader, possessing the energy, warmth and empathy to play a key role in the leadership of a high performing community. Charismatic and engaging, the postholder will have outstanding communication skills, sound judgement and the personal authority to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, alumni and other stakeholders. They will offer strong intellectual abilities, an understanding of boarding and a genuine commitment to the value of a broad and inclusive education.
