The Senior Deputy Headteacher selected for this role will work with the Headteacher and the Primary Deputy Headteacher to provide excellent leadership in improving behaviour, attendance, raising achievement and the nurturing of our thriving and unique school community.

About Bridgwater College Academy
Bridgwater College Academy is the only all-through mainstream Academy in Somerset and opened in 2012. Student numbers are divided equally between Primary and Secondary phases; we also have a nursery provision too. The Academy was the first sponsored Academy within the Bridgwater and Taunton College Trust, which now hosts seven Academies and is itself set to continue to expand in the future.
