We have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Senior Leader who has the drive and ambition to considerably shape the future for all students at Royds Hall Community School.

Joining a well established and hardworking team, the ideal candidate will improve the quality of education and achievement for all students in every aspect of their work. Reporting to the Headteacher, the ideal candidate will be a collaborator keen to work with colleagues within our Trust, able to demonstrate outstanding leadership, vision and management ability in order to secure the highest standards of education for all.

Share Multi-Academy Trust is a small but rapidly growing partnership of primary and secondary schools based in Kirklees, West Yorkshire. Our aim is to provide an outstanding education for the children we teach by investing in the people in our organisation. Our potential for further growth is excellent and we are well placed to take advantage of the government’s intention to create an education system led by schools.

SHARE Multi Academy Trust consists of Royds Hall Community School, Shelley College, Thornhill Community Academy, Luck Lane Primary, Beech Primary, Heaton Avenue Primary School, Millbridge Junior, Infant and Nursery School and Cowlersley Primary School.
