We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Educator to join Monaco's early childhood education team. The
candidate will lead other educators in delivering high-quality educational experiences for young children. The
ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, highly organised, resourceful, and a proactive team
player.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support:
● Plan and implement daily educational activities and routines.
● Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for children.
● Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources.
● Participate in classroom activities, including story time, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
Child Development:
● Observe and document children's progress and development.
● Support individual learning needs and help adapt activities accordingly.
● Encourage positive social interactions and foster a sense of community within the classroom.
● Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom.
● Maintain a clean and organised classroom environment.
● Follow all health and safety policies and procedures, including responding to emergencies.
Family and Community Engagement:
● Welcoming the children and organising their entrance and exit.
● Organise and participate in family events and workshops in the club.
● Foster positive relationships and support children's learning and development.
Qualifications:
● Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or working towards one).
● Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
● Highly organised and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
● Creative and proactive in developing engaging activities for children.
● Local or able to commute to Monaco
● Authorised to work in Europe
Desired Skills:
● Good knowledge of early childhood development principles.
● Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
● Familiarity with educational technology and tools.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methods and strategies.
