Colston’s is a thriving co-educational day school on the outskirts of Bristol. Easily accessible from the motorway network and with approximately 750 students aged from 3 to 18. The Upper School occupies a glorious thirty-acre campus and has all of its facilities on-site.

We are looking for a Senior Housekeeper to report to our Head of Domestic Services and coordinate and motivate our Housekeeping team to ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained across the school. This position will support with leading our Housekeeping team and liaising with our cleaning contractors. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor to apply their professional skills and commitment to ensure that the school buildings and domestic properties are maintained in accordance with health and safety requirements. The successful candidate will be an excellent team worker with the ability to work cohesively with the wider facilities team

The working hours for this position will be 4 hours each day, for 5 days in every 7 days, all year round. The working days will normally be from Monday to Friday from 5.45am until 9.45am. Some weekend work will be required and this will be planned in advance.

You will receive an attractive hourly rate and five weeks’ annual leave plus bank and public holidays. Other benefits include uniform, free parking on site, and a defined contribution pension scheme.
