This role will cover a number of schools and college locations across Slough, Uxbridge and Hillingdon regional areas. 

The Senior HRBP will have matrix line management responsibility for a HR Administrator and together provide the full range of generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is a demanding client base with a heavy focus on ER and recruitment. There is also the opportunity for the development and delivery of proactive training and coaching to improve management capability across the region. 

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in education or another regulated industry and be able to demonstrate:

  • Solid HR Business Partner experience, ideally Chartered MCIPD or CIPD level 7
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to manage expectations,  influence and persuade
  • Proven people management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and to adapt to change
  • Effective, logical problem solving
  • Resilience and tenacity when challenged
  • Numerate, strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook

This role is based out of either Berkshire or Middlesex and a regular presence is expected across each location. Although you will not be expected to travel 5 days a week, you will need to be comfortable with travel across the region and to Surrey and Sussex as and when required. Although this role works closely with the wider HR team it would suit an individual who has the motivation to work autonomously.
