Together We Make a Difference

We are a small central HR team, liaising with our family of 15 schools (860 staff) to provide what is recognised as a special and much valued comprehensive HR service.  With a HR contact in each of our schools and a shared responsibility for HR, centrally HR offers a breadth of advice, guidance and support to enable senior leaders to successfully support staff, and aspire to be an employer of choice through action.  As the Trust continues to grow, we will constantly review and adapt our HR policy and practices, developing our use of HRIS to support our work.

People focused, with the vision to make a real positive difference within the community we serve; we invite candidates who can provide our leaders with a breadth of HR advice and support, and who enjoy working in a small team environment, to learn more about us and the vacancy.  You can download the Job Profile for details of the post and if you would like to discuss how we could work together, please call Louise Birch, HR Manager on (01243) 793503 or email l.birch@chi.ac.uk
