We are seeking to recruit experienced school leaders or advisers, with a proven track record, to join an innovative team within school improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for Kent’s new education services company, ‘The Education People’, and you will share our vision for Kent to be at the forefront of education and learning.

As a senior advisor, you will be working with a team of highly motivated and professional individuals, leading ongoing improvement and working in collaboration with Kent headteachers.
