Required as soon as possible, the Senior IT Support Analyst will principally be responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day support of the Curriculum Network and its classroom machines. Offering support to the IT Network Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Admin Network provision and infrastructure and its associated projects, you will be required to be a team player who is organised with high attention to detail but who, most of all, is happy to help and will show a willingness to support. Excellent CPD opportunities and 23 days’ holiday per year (increasing with length of service at five and ten years).
Hours: 37 hours per week (8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm on Friday with one hour for lunch), 52 working weeks per year.
