As the Senior Leader of Science, you will join the Senior Leadership Team and hold overall responsibility for the delivery of Science. You will also have the opportunity to support the development of the Whole Academy strategy for Teaching and Learning. The immediate focus will be on achieving a rapid improvement in student achievement and progress, whilst developing a longer term plan for the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum.

· A passion for Science teaching.
· Experience of supporting change and development within a department
· Reliable evidence of very good to outstanding teaching with a focus on raising student achievement
